VDACS Recertification
The Agenda Committee is pleased to offer recertification credits for Categories 8 and 60 on Wednesday, January 28 (Day 2 of the conference).
To receive recertification credit, you must:
- Fill out the Application for Recertification Credit
- Sign the Recertification Roster
- Attend all presentations on Wednesday, January 28.
Roster and Application documents will be available at the Registration Desk.
To look up your certificate, click below for VDACS website. Under the heading, List of Certified Pesticide Applicators, click the link titled, Virginia Certified Commercial/Registered Technician Applicators, to download the Excel and search for your information.
2026 Executive Board Election
Please take a moment to vote in this year's election. Voting closes at 5pm on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
Ballots were emailed to members in December with a unique Voter ID. If you are a new member, please allow some time for the Elections Committee to set up your Voter ID and send you the electronic ballot. If you know your Voter ID, you may click the link below to access the ballot.

3rd Annual Photo Contest
The 2025/2026 VMCA Photo Contest is brought to you by the VMCA Photo Contest Committee and Central Life Sciences.
The voting period for the 3rd Annual Photo Contest is now open through January 27th, 2026.
Please click the link below and submit a vote for each category.
Voting for “The Crème de la Crème” will take place in person on January 28th.
Photo contest winners will be announced at the conference on January 29th.

Student Poster Competition
We are celebrating our 10th Anniversary Event with the first place prize doubled to $1,000!
Judging is complete and all students have been contacted. Congratulations to this year's winners!

Don't miss 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place poster authors as they present their research on January 28, during the morning session.

Silent Auction & 50/50 Raffle
Please consider participating in the VMCA Student Competition Committee's 10th annual poster competition fundraising events: Silent Auction and 50/50 Raffle. All proceeds from these events benefit the VMCA Student Poster Competition.
50/50 Raffle is a cash-only event and winner receives half of ticket sales. Tickets are 1 for $1 or 6 tickets for $5. Winning ticket will be drawn at the end of Conference Day 2, Wednesday January 28. Ticket must be present to win.
Silent Auction is accepting donations up until noon on Tuesday, January 27. Please see flyer for suggested items. Final bidding will take place at 5:45 pm on Conference Day 2 in the Sunset Room. Silent Auction accepts cash, check, and credit card.
