All conference registrations include complimentary VMCA membership.

Early Bird Prices:

Must register by January 8, 2026; payment must be received by January 15, 2026

Regular Prices:

(applies to registrations received on or after January 9, 2026)

• $185 Full registration
• $80 Full-time student registration
• $100 One-Day registration

• Includes conference registration and VMCA membership for one representative (with voting rights)
• Full commercial package includes exhibitor table/space during the annual conference
• 5 minute presentation during commercial presentation session of annual conference
• Listed in newsletters, website, and conference agenda

Additional conference registrations for sustaining members wishing to bring more than one representative to the conference.
