Spring has sprung, as they say, and so has the Spring edition of The Skeeter!
There's the usual conference update, along with a bit of info about the drought we're all experiencing and what may be our cutest "what's that?" subject yet. (A significant rain storm across Hampton Roads and central Virginia the night before last made the cover slightly less topical, though groundwater levels do remain critically low across the commonwealth!)
